Charles County Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Ricky Cortez Moore, 42, of Clinton who currently has outstanding warrants for violating probation on theft and child support charges. Moore is 6’2”, 265 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder. Anyone with information about Moore’s whereabouts is asked not to approach him but rather call the CCSO Warrant Unit at (301) 932-2222.
