On November 8 at 1:30 p.m., officers responded to the area of O’Donnell Place in Waldorf for the report of possible drug activity. Upon making contact with the subjects, officers observed a gun on one of the individuals and recovered a loaded firearm. Drugs and drug paraphernalia were also recovered. Joshua Mykele Claiborne, 22, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with possession of a loaded firearm and possession of drugs with the intent to distribute. He is currently being held at the Charles County Detention Center without bond. Officer Butler is investigating.
