On November 6, detectives assigned to the Narcotics Enforcement Section served a search warrant at a house in the 7600 block of Chesham Court in White Plains. An occupant of the house, Allan Leo Jenson, age 22, was a suspect in a drug distribution investigation. Members of the CCSO’s Emergency Services Team entered the house and located Jenson in the basement. Detectives recovered numerous suspected Fentanyl capsules and production and manufacturing equipment. Jenson was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics, possession with the intent to distribute, illegal possession of ammunition, and other related charges. Jenson is currently being held without bond at the Charles County Detention Center.
