On March 7, an odor of cannabis was detected coming from a locker. An administrative search of the locker resulted in the discovery of a bookbag containing cannabis. The bookbag belonged to a 14-year-old student who was charged on a juvenile civil citation. The student will also face discipline in accordance with the Charles County Public Schools Code of Student Conduct. PFC Joffe is investigating.
