On April 25 at 12:18 p.m., a Youth Engagement Advocate overheard a Thomas Stone High School student mention having a knife in their possession. The advocate instructed the student to hand over the knife, and the student complied. The student will face discipline in accordance with the Charles County Public Schools Code of Student Conduct, and charges are pending.
